What to expect on your first visit to our clinic…

When making a booking with us for the first time the more information you provide us about your current dental concerns the better we can tailor our service to meet your specific needs.

If you have a dental phobia/dental anxiety please let us know about this before your appointment. We can discuss your concerns and the ways which we can help make your visit with us more comfortable.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by our lovely staff and asked to fill out a new medical and dental history form. This normally takes 5-10 mins to fill out and slightly longer for multiple family members.

An initial comprehensive consultation for new patients normally takes an hour.

Once the consult is finished we will usually start oral hygiene treatment (scale+clean, polish, remineralisation,desensitisation) or any treatment that is indicated following the results of the consultation.

Our New Patient Package for adults caps your initial visit to $295*

This includes a full assessment, unlimited in-office x-rays and hygiene treatment.

If you have private dental health insurance then this will equate to $295 minus your dental insurance rebate (please see t&cs*).

A treatment plan and quote for all other dental work will be prepared and provided to you. For our existing regular recall patients a hygiene visit is capped to $275.

If you suffer from dental anxiety and require Relative Analgesia/Laughing gas, you will be assessed for suitability on the day, and this will be $125 for every 30minutes of treatment. If this is something that you need please let us know prior to your appointment.
